TOMMY "BEE" BOTTONE had a great day at Pasadena Elementary school with 4th grade students speaking about his possative experiences in the Marial arts as an instructor, Pro fighter and Coach of Team USA.

The children had many well thought out questions and showed great interest in the sport of kickboxing.

The kids showed that they have great interest in martial arts and were very interested in the fighter's experience of traveling worldwide and making friends in many countries.

Handgun Disarming Workshop this weekend



Ever wondered what to do if someone points a gun at you? It's game over, right? All your martial arts skills are useless, right? Professor Rasul Nasir says no! In fact, he says: "Remember this rule - When a person holds a firearm on you and is within arms reach, you can disarm him. You just need to know how."
